Patellofemoral pain is the commonest pain that can occur at early age for any individual. So the aim of my project is to create the awareness by imparting the basic information, origin of pain its pathology, stages and its treatment that can help us get ready of such pain. 

It is written in such a easy and dialogue style engaging the readers constantly and included with informatics comments. That helps one to get read of the fear about such pain and the misconception regarding the condition.
