Conceptual presentation of this book is simple and students oriented. It will help the students to understand and experience the need ethical dimensions in modern organisations. Indian history explains the role of values through the great epics such as Ramayana and Mahabharata. Though, India was ruled by different emperors and foreign rulers the contributions of Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita and Kautilya’s Arthashastra are remarkable in the formation ethical principles in modern Indian management. Fourth chapter is about values for Indian managers and influence of Gandhian philosophy in management. Fifth chapter reveals the theoretical background related to business ethics and ethical decision making. Sixth chapter explain about the Indian practices in corporate governance and corporate social responsibility. Seventh chapter deals with computer ethics and cyber security measures. Final part of this book includes case studies and question papers of previous university examinations. It will be suitable for the class room discussion and university examination preparation of MBA and BBA student of various universities.
